Admission Requirements

The heart of PRCA is to partner with parents and churches in order to provide a classical Christian education to our children. Therefore, parents must:

• Confess faith in Christ

• Be committed to and regularly active in a local Protestant church

• Share PRCA's vision for classical Christian education 

Application Process

1. Submit application at the link above for each student in your family.

2. Our Admissions team will reach out to schedule a site visit and family interview. Classical Christian education is a unique approach that only truly "works" if the family—especially parents—are fully on board. So we encourage you to research classical Christian education and be ready to ask us lots of questions (and we'll ask questions too) in order to make sure that this is the right fit for your family!

3. After the family interview, if your application is accepted an offer to register will be extended.

4. Registration includes all the essential family, medical, and pickup authorization info you would normally expect, plus a pastoral recommendation letter from your pastor (or a ministry/small group leader who knows you personally). This helps ensure that everyone in our community is connected with and thriving in a local church.

5. After submitting registration for reach student, you will be invoiced for the application and registration fees. Once those fees are paid your student's registration will be complete. You will soon be issued login credentials for our family portal and given access to the booklist for the upcoming year.

Tuition

• Annual tuition: $4100

• Application fee: $50

• Registration fee: $100

Additional costs:

• Books: Varies; approximately $500-700

• School supplies

• Miscellaneous field trip fees ($5-25) and Feast Day food, costumes, and décor

As a small collaborative homeschool academy, we encourage families to joyfully contribute when needs or activities arise, including donations for classroom supplies, chaperoning or carpooling at events, setting up for Feast Days, helping to clean the facilities or maintain grounds, etc.
